Tip: add volunteer phone numbers into your phone
Photos of any bus/train tickets and receipts
Write the names of the volunteers on the back of the tickets (crucial for reimbursement)
Measure three crates worth of produce
Take the average and multiply by total number of crates
Hand out feedback forms at the end of the day
Remind volunteers to send over any photos
Make sure produce is transported away from the farm
Check volunteers have a means to get home
